What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Please note that if your order arrives damaged or with a misprint, we'll cover the cost of a replacement and the shipping to get it to you. To start this process, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the damaged or misprinted item. If you wish to return a product for any other reason, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. After 30 days, returns cannot be processed.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that our shipping times include the time it takes to process and produce your order before it is shipped. This means your order may take longer to arrive than standard shipping estimates.
